Kurt was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. His report was very detailed and provided excellent color photos with arrows or circles to help point out any issues. Kurt even called me and my Dad for 1.5 hours on the phone and went over the more severe issues that were found to further assist us in making a decision.
